Forgiveness and reconciliation, are two different things.
One can forgive a person without reconciliation.
Reconciliation only happens if the person who made an offense asked
for a reconciliation or forgiveness to the person who is offended.
GOD can forgive us when we sinned. And we are be reconciled with
HIM if and when we repent. As simple as that.
